Luxx – CMH 630W

The Luxx Lighting 630 CMH is quickly becoming the most popular lamp in the horticultural industry. CMH/CDM lamps have a vast spectrum and are closer to simulating natural daylight than any other form of HID lamp.

Luxx Lighting 630 CMH versatility boast the ability to function as a primary vegetation lamp, a competent supplemental light in large flower operations and the power to act as the main source offering a full spectrum in a small garden.

With the addition of the NX-1, you can utilise a huge range of automated features. You can control multiple units from one single controller. However, we find most interesting is the Auto Shutdown feature; this will prevent units from overheating if there’s a sudden increase in running temperatures and ambient temperatures; protecting both you and your crop.

Pro Tip

The CMH fixture from Luxx do not offer a dimming feature and do not respond to the dimming function from the NX-1. Aside from changing the spectrum, altering 315w CMH/CDM lamps output also shortens their lifespan, decreasing their efficiency and photon output.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The 315w CDM lamps need to be bedded in as follows: on the first illumination, the lamp needs to be run continuously for a minimum of 15 minutes. This will allow the metals within the lamp to fuse correctly.
